New Yorkers are Elitist?

I was driving just north of Albany this morning, and stopped by Dunkin' Dounts for a fix of heroin cup of coffee, and whilst waiting, I saw this in the "condiment tray" (sugar, straws, etc).

Apparently, either Dunkin' Donuts is run by people really into chemistry or they've got a sense of humor about their salt.
